Contest Rules:

1. How to enter sweepstakes: No Purchase Necessary

• Register online for a chance to win a gift certificate good at participating Country Marts.
• Country Mart, Country Mart Corporate, and/or Associated Wholesale Grocers are not responsible for entries that are misdirected, forged or not obtained legitimately, photocopied, incomplete, ineligible, illegible, late, lost or damaged entries, improper scanning or other technical difficulties.
• Entries will accumulate during the course of the promotion.
• By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and all decisions of the judging organization.
• All sweepstakes entries will become the property of the sponsor(s) and will not be returned.
• Sweepstakes are VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

2. Winners will be selected from a pool of all eligible entries in a random drawing by Country Mart Corporate, whose decisions are final. Winners must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

3. Prizes and odds of winning:

• Description of Prizes: Country Mart gift certificate equal to the amount of total purchases for previous two weeks on card number randomly selected.
• Gift certificate value is based on spending total for card number selected in random drawing.
• Estimated prize value will vary. Not to exceed $500.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

4. Terms and conditions for the prize winner are as follows:

• Prize cannot be assigned, substituted, transferred, changed nor redeemed for cash value.
• Limit one prize per individual.
• Proof of age, eligibility and identity must be furnished upon request.
• Only one entry per day per individual will be eligible for final drawing.
• Any applicable federal, state or local taxes, license/registration fees, insurance, tips and any other expenses not identified in these rules are the responsibility of the winner.
• No substitution of prizes is permitted.
• Winners must be able to be notified by telephone.
• If original winner cannot be contacted by phone within two days of the random drawing, he or she will forfeit the prize in its entirety. An alternate winner from the original pool of entries will then be chosen.
• Gift certificate excludes alcohol and tobacco products
• Winners must have an address within the Country Mart trade area to receive delivery of the prize (depending on the size and type of prize.)

5. Participation is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The promotion is not open to employees of Country Mart, their subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, related companies, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, or family members of the forenamed residing in the same household.

6. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release. Winners will give their permission to have their name, photograph and/or likeness used for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Country Mart and Associated Wholesale Grocers, their employees, agents and officers, their advertising, promotional and public relations agencies are not responsible for any injuries or illnesses claimed to be caused by winner's use or acceptance of a prize. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Claims are subject to verification by Country Mart and Associated Wholesale Grocers and all decisions are final. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
