Participation Standards
1. Any public or private school offering any grade levels from Kindergarten through 12th and located in or near a town with a participating Country Mart store is eligible for the Educational Fund Program.
2. In order to participate, a school must register online by completing the online registration form, or register by mailing a completed enrollment card to Country Mart Educational Program Headquarters.
3. Only one enrollment card per school year is accepted. Additionally, re-enrollment for subsequent years is necessary.
4. Each school is responsible for collecting and enrolling online the Country Mart card numbers and last names from parents, neighbors, friends and other community members who wish to support the school with their purchases.
5. Each Country Mart card may only be registered with one school. Families with children in multiple schools must select one school to support.
6. To be fair to all area schools, solicitation of customers on Country Mart premises is not permitted.
7. Purchases must be made with a Country Mart Card to qualify.
8. This offer is void where prohibited by law.
9. List only one (1) school per each card ID enrollment. If a card ID is enrolled for more than one school, only the last school enrolled will receive credit for activity on that card.
10. Country Mart is not responsible for lost or misdirected registrations.
11. Country Mart is not responsible for lost or corrupt transaction data.
12. Rebate amount will exclude liquor, tobacco, lottery, check cashing, money orders and taxes.
13. Rules are subject to change at the sole discretion of Country Mart.
