    Description

    An easy fruit pie done in a jiffy!

    Ingredients

    • 4 tbsp white sugar
    • 2 (15.5 oz) cans fruit pie filling (cherry, blueberry, peach)
    • 1 package pre-made refrigerated pie crust
    • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

    Directions

    1. Bring pie crust to room temperature.
    2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    3. Roll out pie crusts slightly so it fits pie plate; put 1 crust in pie plate and set other crust aside.
    4. Pour fruit filling into crust along with 3 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp cinnamon. Cover with second crust and crimp edges to seal. Cut slits in top crust to vent. Sprinkle with a tbsp white sugar.
    5. Place pie on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 45 -50 minutes or until golden brown.
