    Description

    A rich and creamy pie. Peanut butter and chocolate - you can't go wrong!

    Ingredients

    • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
    • 3/4 cup peanut butter
    • 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping
    • 1 package mini peanut butter cups, chopped
    • 1 chocolate cookie crust
    • 3/4 cup confectioners sugar

    Directions

    1. Bring cream cheese and whipped topping to room temperature. Chop the peanut butter cups and set aside.
    2. Mix together: cream cheese, peanut butter, confectioners sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
    3. By hand, fold in whipped topping and set aside.
    4. Spread chocolate frosting in bottom of ready-made cookie crust. Place 1/2 of the chopped candy on frosting. Pour peanut butter mixture over top and sprinkle remainder chopped candy on top. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
