    Description

    This is always a crowd pleaser.

    Ingredients

    • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
    • 1 (3 oz) can sliced jalapeno peppers
    • 1 bag tortilla chips
    • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 (14.7 oz) can vegetarian chili

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees; bring cream cheese to room temperature.
    2. Drain and dice half the can of jalapeno peppers and mix with cream cheese. Spread on bottom of 8 x 8 inch pan. Top with can of meatless chili and shredded cheddar cheese.
    3. Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    4. Serve with tortilla chips.
