    Description

    This is a nice change from the traditional chicken salad.

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups shredded or diced chicken (1 cooked rotisserie chicken )
    • 1/4 cup hot sauce (Frank's Red Hot)
    • 3/4 cup blue cheese dressing
    • 2 stalks celery, diced

    Directions

    1. Take chicken off the bone and shred or dice.
    2. Dice celery and put in medium bowl with chicken.
    3. Add blue cheese dressing and hot sauce and mix all together.
    4. Chill 10 minutes.
