    Description

    This is a nice twist on butternut squash.

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup honey
    • 1 cup dried cranberries
    • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
    • 1 (16 oz) container butternut squash noodles
    • 2 tbsp cinnamon
    • 1/4 cup butter

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Butter a 13 x 9 baking pan.
    3. Place squash in baking pan with cranberries and almonds. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter.
    4. Bake for 20 minutes. Check to see that it's done, but not mushy.
    5. Drizzle with honey and put back into oven for another 5 minutes before serving.
