    Description

    A fast and easy hot dog variation.

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 onion, diced (optional)
    • 1 (14.5 oz) can sauerkraut
    • 6 hot dog rolls
    • 6 red hot dogs
    • 1 container mustard, yellow or Dijon

    Directions

    1. Cook hot dog on grill or grill pan; turning to cook all sides.
    2. Heat sauerkraut in small pan until hot.
    3. Dice onion and set aside.
    4. Put hot dog inside bun and top with sauerkraut, diced onion and a squeeze of yellow mustard.
