    You will never do take out pizza again!


    • 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
    • 1 lb prepared pizza dough ball
    • 1 (16 oz) jar pizza sauce
    • 16 (oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1 (16 oz) bag pepperoni


    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Let pizza dough warm up for 15 minutes on the counter.
    2. Grease an 11 x 17 inch cookie sheet with olive oil (this is equivalent to a 1/2 sheet pizza in a pizza shop). Carefully stretch pizza dough into a rectangle on the pan. If dough shrinks back, let it rest for 5 minutes.
    3. When the dough is in the shape you want, use a fork to prick dough. This keeps the dough from developing bubbles in the crust while baking.
    4. Put on sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni.
    5. Bake in 450 degree oven for 35 minutes, or until crust is golden brown on the bottom of the crust. Lift slightly with a spatula.
    6. Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
