    Description

    A quick and easy salad!

    Ingredients

    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    • 1 head iceberg lettuce
    • 2 (4 oz) cans tiny shrimp
    • 1/2 red onion, diced
    • 4 tbsp mayonnaise

    Directions

    1. Break up lettuce into bite size pieces into a bowl.
    2. Dice the red onion and add to the lettuce.
    3. Open the cans of shrimp and drain but Do Not rinse and add to the lettuce along with the salt and pepper.
    4. Add the mayo by folding it in until all the lettuce is coated and serve.
