Our 2007 Chardonnay combines the rich tropical fruit of Monterey's La Reina and Sleepy Hollow Vineyards with the elegant floral qualities of RogerRose Vineyard's Dijon clones of Chardonnay. Serving Suggestions: Barrel fermentation and sur lie aging have created a creamy, rich flavored Chardonnay that is delicious with shellfish as well as salmon, swordfish, sole and mildly spicy poultry. Alcohol 14.1% by volume.
