Plus $5.95 activation fee. Use it anywhere MasterCard debit cards are accepted. This card is issued by an Affiliate of RBS pursuant to a license by MasterCard International Incorporated. The monthly administrative free of $2.00 will be waived for 12 months. On the 13th month following activation the $2.00 fee will be deducted on a monthly basis from the balance of the card, except where prohibited by law. No cash access and cannot be used anywhere a pin is required. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.
